On-Site Service

On-site computer service is a no hassle way of having your computer problems resolved at your home or office while you wait. We encourage our customers to ask questions and be involved in the process of having their computer serviced. In many cases addressing your problems on-site is the best way and some times the only way of providing a solution to your computing needs. A few examples include, Internet connection troubleshooting, wireless network setup, network troubleshooting, Internet sharing, printer installation, one-on-one training, and general computer maintenance. Our rate for Standard On-Site Service is $75 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hr we bill in 15 minute increments.

Our rate for On-Site Networking is $90 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hr we bill in 15 minute increments.

Our rate for On-Site Apple/Mac Repair is $100 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. (See Apple/Mac page for more details)

Due to the extra time it takes to travel, cost of fuel, and insurance, we have an additional travel charge to certain areas. These areas include but are not limited to Calallen, Ingleside, Kingsville, Mathis, Odem, Padre Island, Portland, Robstown, and Rockport. For a full list and exact prices click here.
